Commercial terms & refund policy

CPL PRO — Car Parts Listing Pro provides genuine business-to-business commercial services to UK and international clients. CPL PRO is a done-for-you automotive eBay listing and catalogue service. It is not software, SaaS, an AI tool or a self-service platform.

Clients supply automotive supplier or product data. CPL PRO cleans and structures the catalogue, prepares professional eBay listings and imports the agreed products into the client's own eBay account.

All engagements are one-off projects. CPL PRO does not offer monthly subscriptions, recurring management plans or ongoing retainers.

Stock-feed setup, pricing-rule builds and supplier-feed processing are purchased as separate one-off technical projects. A later update run is treated as a new one-off project.

CPL PRO's published standard packages cover projects of up to 25,000 products. Catalogues exceeding 25,000 products may be accepted as separately quoted bespoke projects. Acceptance of a larger catalogue is subject to review of the source data, project complexity, required marketplace work and available capacity.

A quoted product quantity is part of the agreed project scope. Products outside the agreed quantity, additional supplier files or additional catalogue ranges may require a separate quotation.

Project scope is agreed in writing before work begins. Scope includes catalogue size, the fields to be produced, the approach to vehicle compatibility, image handling, pricing rules and stock quantity rules.

Prices published on this website are starting prices. Complex or messy data, missing information, multiple supplier formats, extensive fitment work or image research may increase the quote. Any change to agreed scope is confirmed in writing before the additional work proceeds.

Smaller projects may be completed from 3–5 working days once all required data and access have been received. Larger catalogues receive an agreed project schedule before work begins.

For catalogues of 25,000 products or more, the delivery schedule is agreed during project scoping.

Project-specific work becomes non-refundable once bespoke work has started, subject to applicable law.

If CPL PRO materially fails to deliver an agreed service, the client must notify CPL PRO and allow a reasonable opportunity to correct it.

If a material failure within CPL PRO's control cannot be corrected, an appropriate remedy may include re-performance, replacement, or a fair refund or credit for the undelivered affected portion of the project.

CPL PRO provides a 30-day technical correction period for reproducible project-scope errors attributable to CPL PRO, running from delivery of the agreed listing batch.

Corrections outside the agreed project scope, or arising from data, images or fitment information supplied by the client, are quoted separately.

The client is responsible for holding all necessary rights, licences and permissions for the data, images, vehicle compatibility information and brand assets they supply to CPL PRO.

The client is responsible for the accuracy of supplier data, pricing instructions and stock information provided.

Clients must not submit passwords or confidential supplier files through the public project form. Secure transfer is arranged after a project is accepted.

CPL PRO does not guarantee sales, eBay ranking, profit or impressions. CPL PRO delivers the agreed listing and catalogue work to a professional standard.

The eBay account remains owned and operated by the client at all times. The client retains their orders, customer relationships, payouts and supplier relationships.

CPL PRO is not affiliated with eBay, and is not officially affiliated with, authorised or endorsed by any parts manufacturer. Third-party brand names identify example automotive ranges only.

These terms apply to B2B commercial engagements. Nothing in these terms is intended to exclude or limit liability where it cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
