Stage 1 — Data review
You send the supplier file in Excel or CSV. We review coverage, brand spread, image availability and how much of the fitment data is usable as supplied.
Stage 2 — Plan confirmed in writing
We take 1–2 working days to plan the project with our team and confirm the plan of action with you in writing: scope, brands, batch size, template and the delivery window.
Standard delivery is 3–5 working days. Larger catalogues get a written timeline before work starts — no guessing.
Stage 3 — Build
Data cleaning, title construction, item specifics, compatibility rows, image handling and template application. New-to-range items are flagged where a manufacturer image is not yet released.
Stage 4 — Import and margin sheet
The agreed batch is imported into your eBay account, and you receive a live editable Excel margin sheet with cost, rebate, net cost, margin % and sell price so you can control pricing yourself.
For that sheet to be accurate we need your own cost price files, rebate terms and target margins.
