The structure we use
Brand, part number, part type, then the qualifiers a buyer actually searches — position, quantity, kit contents and headline fitment.
Example shape: Brand + MPN + part description + fits vehicle. Nothing decorative, nothing repeated.
- Lead with the brand and manufacturer part number
- Name the part the way buyers name it, not the way the supplier file does
- Keep position, side and quantity in the title where relevant
- Never waste characters on 'top quality', 'fast dispatch' or punctuation runs
Consistency is the real win
One well-written title helps one listing. A consistent title standard applied across thousands of SKUs makes the whole catalogue searchable, comparable and easy to maintain later.
Takeaway
Apply one title standard across the whole catalogue and search does the rest of the work.
